Premium Packaging

All statues are packaged with extreme care to prevent damage during transit:

  • Each statue is wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap
  • Inner box with foam corner protectors
  • Double-boxed with additional cushioning materials
  • Fragile labels and handling instructions are clearly marked

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the following carriers for our shipments:

  • UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select

Important: We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or with values lower than the actual purchase price, as this constitutes customs fraud. All packages will be declared with accurate values and descriptions.

Insurance

Every statue shipment includes full insurance coverage for the item's value. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, this insurance ensures you're protected.

Note: Insurance claims require documentation. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos of the box before opening and of any damaged contents inside. Report damages within 48 hours of delivery.

You'll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. For pre-orders, we'll keep you updated on production status and provide an estimated shipping timeframe.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes, signature confirmation is required for all statue deliveries. This ensures your valuable collectible isn't left unattended.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you're not available to sign for your package, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt delivery on subsequent days. You can also contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or alternate delivery time.

Can I request special shipping instructions?

What should I do if my statue arrives damaged?

If your statue arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
  2. Carefully document any damage to the statue itself
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with the photos and a description of the damage
  4. Keep all original packaging for possible inspection by the carrier

We'll work with you promptly to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
